About

I build the systems.
Now I teach you how.

I'm Chrissy Quinones — Digital CS Manager, lifecycle automation builder, and the person behind Programmatic Success.

Chrissy Quinones

The short version

I've spent 6+ years in SaaS Customer Success — building lifecycle programs, onboarding sequences, and scaled CS motions. The kind of work where you're responsible for thousands of customers but don't have an engineering team to build the systems you need.

So I started building them myself.

I use AI tools — primarily Claude — to design and ship the programs that used to require a dev team. Health scores, signal-triggered playbooks, automated lifecycle motions. Not by learning to code. By learning to architect.

That's the gap I kept seeing: CS practitioners have the judgment, the customer empathy, and the journey expertise. They have every input a good lifecycle system needs. What they don't have is permission — or a framework — to build it themselves.

Why Programmatic Success exists

The CS market is splitting in two. On one side, basic execution — email sequences, simple triggers, rote digital touchpoints. AI handles that now. On the other side, the design layer — the person who decides what to automate, maps the signals, architects the system. That role is growing in value fast.

Programmatic Success is for the practitioner who wants to be on the design side. Who wants to build the system, not just run it. And who needs a path to get there that doesn't start with "learn to code."

Everything here — the articles, the newsletter, the courses — comes from what I've actually built. Ugly v1s included. I'm not teaching from theory. I'm sharing the frameworks that worked.

What "programmatic" means

The name borrows from programmatic advertising: automated, data-driven, signal-triggered delivery at population scale. Applied to Customer Success, it means building the systems that run lifecycle programs — not manually executing them.

The architect, not the executor. That's what this brand is about.
